A new initiave
From discussions with our clients we have discovered that there are a number wishing to move up or down the property ladder but at the moment can't secure a purchaser,
It occured to us that there are lots of people in the same position. it is normally our role in the property market to put vendors and sellers together by matching thier criteria and we felt there was scope to match some of these people with each other thus facilitation a move.
The scheme works on the basis that you have a house that you wish to sell. One of our clients may have aproperty that you are interested in. If your house matches their requirements, a price is agreed by us for both properties. This may include an cash reajustment figure depending on weather you are moving up or down the market
